Since 1988, Brett Smith has produced over $1 Billion in commercial real estate and business loans.
Mr. Smith has gained experience and expertise through his work as an independent commercial loan broker since 1996 and as a senior executive with many leading financial and lending institutions over 20 years. Previous banks at which he held top producer status and upper executive positions include: Imperial Bank, Comerica Bank, Temecula Valley Bank, Excel National Bank, and others. He was also instrumental in and a co-founding partner of a new northwest bank, Fortune Bank.
Mr. Smith’s success as a leading producer of loans is due to his vast financial industry knowledge, network of relationships, and above all, a deep commitment to serving the customer.
